A magnificent 18 karat yellow gold brooch with an intricate arrangement of dianty leaves. Each leaf is individually mounted and set with round briliant diamonds in a platinum panel, with a total weight of 10 carats. The fabulous three dimensional brooch is finished with a double brooch pin so it can be securely placed on a lapel or your favourite evening wear.
