We understand everyone wants secure reliable shipping but no-one wants to pay a fortune in shipping costs. We offer FREE DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all jewellery orders over €250.
For orders under €250 we offer our customers two shipping options.
Jewellery shipping:

Worldwide:
DHL EXPRESS €25
Sculpture & Art Shipping: Individually calculated at checkout

We have chosen the most reliable domestic and worldwide shipping partner- DHL
We are very fast at getting orders ready. Once you have placed your order with DesignYard, unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped same day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification email. Please allow approx 2-4 business days for delivery depending on the delivery location in the world.
Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm local time, Monday to Friday.
For all DHL packages a signature is required. If there is no one available to sign for the package, DHL will leave a re-delivery card containing a 10 digit tracking number and the local DHL customer service number for you to call to re-arrange delivery. Please note that once the package is signed, DesignYard is not accountable for the package.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases, Russia or China. But do get in touch and we will figure out a solution.
Brexit related UK & Northern Ireland Clients.
Prices displayed for UK Mainland will be Including VAT. At the checkout you will see a breakdown of VAT & Duties which will be paid at that point. No other charges will be levied on delivery. So once you checkout that is it, sit back and wait for our super fast delivery with no other surprise charges on delivery.
For Northern Ireland clients there are no obligations and we will send your pieces as normal. So once you checkout that is it, sit back and wait for our super fast delivery with no other surprise charges on delivery.
USA Clients
Prices displayed for USA will be Including VAT. At the checkout you will see a breakdown of local Taxes & Duties which will be paid at that point. No other charges will be levied on delivery. So once you checkout that is it, sit back and wait for our super fast delivery with no other surprise charges on delivery.
Other Non EU clients. Prices displayed for Non EU will be EX VAT. We will ship your pieces EX VAT to other Non EU destinations, you will be liable for taxes/duties on delivery in your own country please satisfy yourself on any potential taxes/duties which may be due on arrival as DESIGNYARD will not be responsible for this.
DHL/customs in your county will contact you and may require some personal tax details in order to clear your pieces through customs systems. We are here to help if you have any queries just send a short mail to info@designyard.ie and we will come straight back to you. In the case of failure to pay Duties & Taxes which are due on delivery the item will be returned to us. We will then refund the transaction less a €150 administration fee.
