18k White Gold Ruby Diamond Antiquus Ring

The central diamond comes with a GIA certificate, specifying the diamond is 0.46 carats, F colour and SI2 clartiy. It is surrounded by 0.28ct rubies and a further 0.33ct round brilliant diamonds.
