A striking cuff made in 18 and 22k yellow gold which stands out against the oxidised silver. Set with a large South Sea pearl (21 x 17 mm), a cabochon ruby, a black diamond (0.25ct), and smaller white, grey and champagne diamonds, it will draw every eye in the room.
